1. About Us

Imported Makeover has been importing authentic beauty products directly from the USA and UK since 2018. We operate both an online store and a physical location in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

2. Product Authenticity

All products sold on this website are 100% genuine, sourced directly from official retailers, authorized distributors, or personal-shopper channels in the USA and UK. We are an independent reseller and are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensed distributor of the brands we sell, unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing & Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occasionally occur (e.g. due to currency conversion, packaging updates by the brand, or system glitches). In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• An order is confirmed only after we verify stock availability and, for COD orders, after phone confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or delivery-area limitations.
• Customers may cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be refused at the door.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and major debit/credit cards. For COD orders, repeated non-acceptance of delivered parcels without valid reason may result in future orders requiring advance payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier performance, weather, and location accessibility.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please review our full Refund & Return Policy for detailed terms. In summary: parcels must be checked in front of the delivery man, and hygiene products (opened cosmetics, skincare, haircare) are not eligible for return except in the case of a manufacturing defect verified before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Imported Makeover or its respective brand owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Imported Makeover is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except as required by applicable Bangladeshi law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
